All payments in our store are made through encrypted connections and via banking institutions. We never see or store your card details.

Payment methods

• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard). You pay through the secure Redsys payment gateway, the platform used by Spanish banks. Your card details are entered directly on the bank's website, and if your bank requires it, you confirm the payment using your app or a code via SMS (3D Secure authentication).
• Bank transfer. Once you complete your order, you'll see our bank details, which you'll also receive by email. Please include your order number in the payment reference. We'll prepare your shipment as soon as we receive payment.

Your connection is protected

The entire website uses an SSL certificate (the address starts with https and your browser displays a padlock). The information you send is encrypted and no one can read it along the way.

Invoices

Each order includes an invoice. If you need it issued to a company, please provide the company name and tax ID number at checkout.
